How we vet

Everyone we place passes five checks before they start on your project.

    Profile review

    We read what each person actually did, looking for hands-on evaluation, annotation or RLHF work. A skill tag on its own counts for little.

    ID check

    LinkedIn verification and a document check at sign-up.

  3. 3

    Skills check

    A scored evaluation in their field, against your requirements. Borderline answers, and answers that look AI-written, are flagged for the interview.

  4. 4

    NDA

    Signed before we share anyone's full profile.

  5. 5

    Video interview

    Fifteen minutes on their experience and their skills-check answers. Only people who pass are marked Verified.
